Morning party? Why the hell not!

I heard the best thing today from a client.  Since we have settled on the 9.30pm to bed schedule to effect better sleep so there is time for a morning routine and to help with insomnia, she decided to have a morning party!

We discussed how the morning, post sunrise,was the Kapha time of day and I mentioned the best time for exercise. So she got a few pals together and they are going to do yoga and have breakfast afterward.  She decided that that was the new time to be social.

I'm a little proud. :)
