What I see when I do a Shirodhara

At first the client might take time to settle in, unsure about what's happening.  They may want the oil in one particular spot so no matter where I shift it they will unconsciously move to where they want it to hit. It's very cool to observe.  Sometimes they twitch as their brain waves adjust and their shoulders ease up. Then I notice their breathing change and become deeper and their cheeks become rosy, like when a kid is sleeping.

And it's the most beautiful thing to behold and makes me smile.
