Every morning the undigested food from the day before can show up on the tongue. It’s better not to re-ingest it before you eat again. Scraping the tongue allows the papillae on the tongue free range to experience the new day’s food. And since we align the internal organs to an area of the tongue, when you scrape, you give them a little massage each morning to wake them up.
Instructions – Brush teeth, then angle the scraper to the back of the tongue and gently scrape the back to the front and rinse. Do this up to 5 times.
